  • Negotiate the most favorable lease and tenant improvement terms
  • Attend and participate in meetings with the owner and service providers concerning space requirements, design considerations, cost-containment strategies, energy efficiency considerations, and any special requirements
  • Ensure that contractors secure necessary governmental permits or approvals
  • High-level management of infrastructure and network vendors including web, phone, security of office and data, file management
  • Oversight of technology build-outs and migration, including cloud environments
  • Database, application, and operational system selection
