About

With more than twenty years of experience in the emerging, small business and non-profit sectors, the O.R. can provide insight and solutions for the unique opportunities facing your organization as you experience or plan for growth.

Our clients are typically looking outside their own entity for additional capacity, speed, expertise, as well as innovation. Whether you have many successful years of meeting your programmatic and project goals or are just laying the foundation for a prosperous future, the O.R. can stabilize, streamline, and advance your operational and financial systems.

What differentiates the O.R. is both our approach and commitment. We are consultants who are implementation specialists who like to roll up our sleeves to get the job done. We function in an interim or part-time capacity, working within your team to optimize revenue and operational performance, design fiscal turnarounds, improve sales and marketing performance or simply keep things running smoothly. The exact nature of each engagement is tailored to meet client needs and budgets and the structure can include:

  • Short term affordable analysis and re-organization – our “5 Step Plan to Financial Success”.

    • observe (your culture, operations, processes, staff in motion)

    • assess and interpret (successful strategies, opportunities, points for leverage)

    • design (infrastructure, contracts, business flow)

    • implement (selected solutions)

    • review (quality control)

  • Long term, part time outsourcing of CFO, CEO, Executive Director and/or COO functions. These engagements can last from months to years as needed.

  • We have also adapted skills and practices from the corporate and commercial worlds for the benefit of smaller organizations and non-profits. We focus on delivering meaningful and concrete results that help your business or project succeed.
