Construction Consulting

As a sub-specialty, we help clients who are relocating or expanding to select, build-out and get into office space. We offer a professionalized approach to managing relocations and construction for our clients. We strive to negotiate the most favorable lease and tenant improvement terms. We work with clients to plan for the smoothest process possible to minimize downtime and allow staff to remain focused and productive.

We act as a client advisor to facilitate communications among all parties (i.e. architect, designer, contractors, and owner). We strive to promote a sense of trust and teamwork in order to accomplish the smooth execution of the project at the lowest cost and highest degree of quality possible.

We work with the owner from beginning to end to:

  • Provide guidance in the selection of a realtors, architects, engineers, interior designers, contractors, and vendors
  • Attend and participate in meetings with the owner and service providers concerning space requirements, design considerations, cost-containment strategies, energy efficiency considerations, and any special requirements
  • Obtain detailed estimates
  • Assist the owner in reviewing estimates and in contract negotiations
  • Ensure that contractors secure necessary governmental permits or approvals
  • Maintain project files, including estimates, contracts, accounting, change orders, and photo documentation
  • Ensure completion of the punch list
  • Obtain owner sign-off on the project
